“Avon Schools has too many administrators.”
Don’t believe the chatter. Avon Schools has a lean and efficient administrative staffing structure.

1 administrator to every 31.5 employees
For comparison purposes, the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) indicates the industry standard in the private sector is 1 administrator to every 15-20 employees. If Avon Schools followed this guidance, they would need to employ between 85 and 113 additional administrators, an increase of 57-109%.
